In order to ensure that Hacks Malaysia produces safe and quality products, we shall:
1. Ensure all workers are practicing good personal hygiene to prevent any possibility of cross-contamination into raw materials or finished goods.
2. Ensure the use of raw ingredients and packing materials are safe and in compliance to the food safety requirements.
3. Ensure the food safety integrity, cleanliness and sanitation of the production area, warehouse, transports, toilets, changing room, canteen and other areas are of utmost satisfaction.
4. Ensure all equipment, utensils and tools are free of elements that may lead to cross-contamination, thus compromising the status of a safe and quality food.
5. Comply with the Food Safety and Quality requirements and any other related regulatory and customer rules and requirements.
6. Continually improve the suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of our Food Safety Management System.
7. Ensure all staff are competent in food safety handling.
8. Ensure internal and external communication is established and effective in disseminating food safety requirements, arising food safety issues and improvements.
